Ahi ginger soy marinade has a perfect balance of flavors.
Ingredients
- 2 Ahi fish fillets
- 1 TBL cooking oil (I use canola)
Marinade
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced or through a garlic press
- 1 Tbs ginger, fresh. Minced. or 1 tsp dried ginger.
Directions
Whisk together marinade ingredients. Let marinade sit in refrigerator for an
hour for flavors to develop. Marinate Ahi for 60 minutes, turning over after 30
minutes.
Saut� Ahi in heating oil 2 minutes per side on medium heat. Set aside.
Pour marinade into pan and scrape up bits. Pour over Ahi and serve.
Doug's Notes
Be sure Ahi is at room temperature before cooking. I like to prepare marinade
the night before so it has time to meld.
