My wife loves this. Ahi, Hawaiian for yellowfin tuna, is best cooked rare.
Ingredients
- 2 Ahi filets
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp dried ginger
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic (1 clove)
- 1 TBL honey
- 1 TBL Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
Directions
Mix and simmer five minutes. Serve over seared Ahi.
