This is inspired by ham salads I've tasted from delis. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp diced celery
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 tbsp yellow onion
- Dash of paprika
Equipment
- Food processor
- Medium mixing bowl
Directions
Put ham, celery, onion in food processor and pulse until chopped fine. Add pickle relish and pulse 1 second. Pour into mixing bowl and mix in mayo and paprika.
Refrigerate for at least an hour to meld the flavors. Keep refrigerated.
