This goes great with roast beef sandwiches, fish sticks, and fish sandwiches. Share with your neiggggghbor.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 5 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. white wine vinegar (or rice vinegar)
- Pinch of salt
Directions
Dissolve sugar and salt in vinegar.
Whisk together mayonnaise and horseradish. Mix in vinegar solution.
For best flavor, let sit overnight in refrigerator.
Keep stored in refrigerator.
Doug's Notes
I store this in a small glass jar. I'm afraid it would leave a smell on plastic storage containers.
I generally use light mayo or olive oil mayo.
