Easy to make and tasty vinaigrette salad dressing. Makes 1 cup.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
- 4 t sugar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp Italian herb seasoning
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Mix ingredients in a bottle and shake well. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.

I usually use splenda or stevia in place of sugar.
