Turn kale into crunchy chips by baking.
Ingredients
- Kale
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Table salt
Hardware
- 13x9 cookie sheet
- Mixing bowl
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash and thoroughly dry kale. Cut off
stems and tear kale into bite-size pieces.
Put kale into mixing bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on salt.
Mix thoroughly and let
stand 5 minutes.
Put on cookie sheet, single layer, and cook in oven
10 to 15 minutes or until edges are brown. Kale should be crispy.
Doug's Notes
The kale chips can overcook quickly so keep an eye on them after 10 minutes of baking.
