A great way to fix ono. Trader Joe's has ono in the frozen section.
Ingredients
- 4 8oz ono filets
- 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 2 tsp finely chopped ginger root
- 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Directions
Marinate fish one hour. Drain and pat dry before sauting. Cook 6 to 8 minutes per inch thick.
