This goes well with coffee.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp table salt (I use sea salt)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, allspice, salt in medium bowl.
3. Cream together the eggs, sugars, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix in pumpkin and oil.
4. Pour dry ingredients into wet ones and mix well. Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick stuck into center comes out clean. The center should be around 180 degrees.
5. When bread has cooled, remove from loaf pan. Cut into 1 inch slices.
