Steak Marinade
This is a good marinade on sirloin steak.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 2 tsp fresh oregano (1 tsp dried)
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (1/3 tsp dried)
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Yield
- 3/4 cup marinade
Directions
Whisk together. Marinade for about an hour on both sides.
