This dressing is also a nice for bread dipping.
Ingredients
- 8 TBS extra virgin olive oil
- 3 TBS balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp dried basil
- salt, to taste
Directions
Mix well. Let sit in refrigerator for a few hours so the flavors blend.
Doug's Notes
If you use toppings such as salted sunflower seeds, you probably do not need
to add salt to the dressing.
